IMPORTANT: In some towns we have booked your accommodation and the cost will be added on to your meal monies (due around 6 weeks before the rally). The following is a list of all towns and motels the officials will be using – plus info about the ones we have booked for all participants.
SUNDAY 13 Sept. Port Augusta.
Officials are staying at Majestic Oasis Apartments. 50 Wharflands Esplanade. 08 8648 9000

All participants are to book & pay for their own rooms in Port Augusta.
MONDAY 14 Sept. Arkaroola.
Officials and all participants are staying at Arkaroola Wilderness Sanctuary.
We have booked/reserved 44 beds here. When these beds are taken, participants can book other available rooms/cottages themselves, which sadly have a 2 night minimum (there may be an option to share a cottage with other participants). Alternately you can camp here – you will only need a tent and sleeping equipment as we will all be eating at the lodge.
If you are willing to camp here, please book it then let us know so we can allocate the beds to others who can’t camp.
TUESDAY 15 Sept. William Creek
Officials and all participants are staying at the William Creek Hotel.
We have booked/reserved 46 beds here. When these beds are taken, participants can book a glamping tent or a camp site.
If you are willing to glamp or camp here, please book it then let us know so we can allocate the beds to others who can’t camp.
WEDNESDAY 16 Sept Coober Pedy
Officials are staying at The Lookout Cave. Lot 1141 McKenzie Rd. 08 8672 5118

THURSDAY 17 Sept. Woomera
There is only one option in Woomera and unfortunately we can’t book anything until mid February as new owners will be taking over and no bookings can be made until that happens. We will let you know when the accommodation is secured.

About Us
The idea of running a car rally to raise funds for the Prostate Cancer Foundation was first contemplated by Ross Alexander back in 2015. Ross was a Prostate Cancer survivor and a member of the NSW Board of the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia (PCFA). He is both an experienced rally participant, and consummate fundraiser for many causes. Together with Peter and Trish Fehon, Ross has organised the first three rallies that have raised well in excess of $500,000 for Prostate Cancer research. Ross has set himself a personal target of $1 million. Ross continues to be involved as the PCFA representative on the annual organising committee.
